This is my condo - Unit Number 16.
OK, we need to get some plants out front....all in good time. Personally, I'd rather see a 4x4 in the driveway.
The pool is located just two condos to the right of mine.........a 10 second walk tops, no matter how drunk you are.
Here we are inside, looking towards the front door entryway. The stairs lead........upstairs!!
The master bedroom and master bath are up there.
Here's the Kitchen
It has fancy-schmancy stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave)
plus granite countertops. More importantly, it's fully-equipped with pots & pans (brand new "Circulons"),
dishware, glassware, silverware, a blender (for those tropical drinks) and a coffee maker (to sober up).
Costa Rican coffee is really good, and you can buy it at the grocery store that's only a 3-minute walk from
the community (no matter how drunk you are). There's also a washer and dryer right outside the back door
in case you want to go for a "spin".
This is a view of the main sitting area, looking towards the kitchen. The two "guest" bedrooms are on the left, and the downstairs bath is dead ahead. To the right is a 6' dining table with six chairs. It's in a nice area with sliding glass doors on two outside walls. We painted it a lovely shade of "azur" to contrast with the other, more earthy tones. Ceiling fans abound, btw.

This is the master bedroom.
All three bedrooms have A/C.The rest of the place doesn't, but one downstairs bedroom A/C unit will cool the living areas just fine, especially if you fire up the ceiling fan. The A/C units have wireless remote controls!
The master bedroom has a small, flat-screen TV on the wall, but we usually remove it and use it downstairs. So far, it's the only
TV in the place. Hope you're not thinking about coming to Costa Rica for a week or two just to watch friggin' TV.
Speaking of TV, there's wireless internet by Tigo with 12Mb download speed - just fine for Netflix or other streaming services. There is no dedicated TV service at the moment, but the streaming services will get you English-speaking TV.
Above we have the master bathroom. I don't mind if you peek in the medicine cabinet.

This is one of the two downstairs "guest" bedrooms.......
...and this is the other one. Both rooms have plenty of closet & storage space.
